2024 ASTRALITES

ASTRAL officially launched on the 2nd January of 2024, with a 3-week intensive summer program - the MILLIPHEDE program. This course was designed as a test run of the ASTRAL initiative, to get students of different ages and demographics involved in scientific research. Our work revolved around millisecond pulsars, specifically aiming to collect evidence supporting the existence of gravitational waves. The course was a success, and all of us have chosen to continue the program, working together once a week to continue exploring the universe.
